L7 "Borei" insulated self-dumping trousers Shelter® Sport SPLAV

Insulated self-dumping self-dumping pants, a typical seventh layer of military multilayer clothing systems (similar to ECWCS, PCU, VKPO). Ruggedized. Transferred in a backpack, being packed in a compression bag, worn during parking over the main clothes

Included is a simple packaging bag, cylindrical in shape, with an inlet paracord and a Duraflex® retainer. Attention! Long storage in compressed form is not recommended. Packing in the bag should be done arbitrarily crushing the pants, and not gently rolling, because at the same time the heater is minimally deformed

• Loose fit, implying putting on over warm thermal underwear and a demi-season suit (fifth layer)
• Full-height side zippers, fully detachable, allow you to quickly wear pants without removing shoes. Reliable large tractor zipper, on locks comfortable grip of tape to work in warm gloves. Inside, the zipper is covered with a cover to protect against wind and biting.
• Knees with tucks for articulation, reinforced with Cordura® linings
• The bottom of the trousers is stitched with sewn wide rubber bands and, additionally, with Velcro patches, removing the load from the side zipper. There is a small volume adjustment for use with thick-toed winter boots. Reinforcements with Cordura® overlays in the most wiped areas - on the inside of the leg, on the wrong side of the bottom at the point of contact with shoes, and the lower hems are also made of reinforced fabric
• The codpiece zipper is extended and unfastened both on the top and on the bottom for ease of use with a multitude of interfering layers of clothing.
• The belt is rubberized. Front fastens with two buttons. There are loops for a trouser belt up to 50 mm wide. On each side are wide patches with velcro and buttons, removing the load from the side zipper. Attachments of braces are sewn to patches
• “Mountain” type suspenders with easily accessible side fastening with the help of velcro and a small height adjustment. Due to the fact that the suspenders are attached to the front half of the pants, the back half comes off as a sanitary valve
• Seat area reinforced with Cordura® overlays.
• All main seams are made with double stitching. All Velcro sewn reinforced way. On the outer surface of the trousers, all the finishing is done with a particularly strong nylon thread COATS Nylbond (designed for equipment). Loaded areas reinforced with zigzag tacks
• Plastic fittings Duraflex®

Material:

• Insulation: Shelter® Sport, 150 g / m2 (over the entire area of the pants). Top insulation domestically produced, full analogue of Primaloft® Sport / Silver. It has high resistance to deformation, intended for use in packed sleeping bags and clothes
• Base fabric: 100% nylon 40d, lightweight but durable windproof fabric with water repellent DWR surface treatment
• Strengthening fabric: Cordura® (100% nylon) 500d, extra strong fabric, no PU coating on the wrong side (breathes), with water-repellent DWR surface treatment
• Lining fabric: 100% nylon 30d, thin lightweight fabric with reinforced rip-stop and inside-out calendering
