MOLLE panel on the car seat SPLAV

• Used for efficient internal organization of space in the car
• The panel consists of three parts, stitched together and smoothly changing into each other: platforms with PALS cells (hanging behind the seat), the upper part (fixed to the headrest) and the mesh back (located in front of the seat)
• The platform is made of Cordura® 500d fabric and contains 10 horizontal rows of PALS 10 cells wide (the top row is 8 cells). At the bottom corners are sewn horizontal and vertical three-slit buckles for fastening the panel to the seat
• The top attachment to the headrest has two small rectangular slots into which the headrest pins of the car seat are inserted. The slots are extended sideways to allow for a slight difference in the distances between the pins on different models of machines. The edges of the slots are reinforced with an additional layer of Cordura® 500d and Oxford 210d fabrics, the edges are repeatedly stitched
• Back from a dense mesh-base, to which the driver leans with his back. The mesh breathes and quickly dries, does not rub the body in light clothing. Rectangular, narrow enough to fit between the vertical seams of the seatback of most cars. Plane is stretched, not forming folds and protruding parts. Convex fittings are missing. To the lower corners of the back from the underside (not to rub) are sewn vertical and horizontal slings fastening the panel to the seat. The mesh in the outlet areas of the sling is reinforced with the inside of the Cordura® 500d patch. Slings have a margin along the length
• Installing the panel on the seat: Remove the head restraint and fit the slots at the top of the panel onto the headrest pins. Vertical slings pass back between the backrest and the seat cushion, then into the reciprocal vertical three-slit buckles at the bottom of the platform with PALS cells. Tighten the lines tightly. Horizontal slings are threaded into the reciprocal horizontal three-slit buckles at the bottom of the platform with PALS cells. Tighten the lines tightly
• All sections of fabric and sling are hidden under the seams or edged for reliability and neat appearance
